“The last diet”

The average woman starts 9 diets a year. 9 times she feels frustrated with how she looks and feels and decides she's going to make a change. 9 times she does research and commits to a plan that she is hopeful will work. And. 9 times she's wrong. For a 40 year old woman, assuming she's been dealing with her weight since she was 25, a pretty common age for life to start catching up with people, then she has gone through that cycle 135 times. And that's assuming she's only 40 and that she didn't start dieting until she was 25. For many women that number is a lot higher. 

Although that statistic is just about women, I'm sure it's not far off for men either. I'm 35. I don't know a ton of guys my age that are thrilled with how they look and feel.

All of that makes me sad. I've been there. I know how it feels and I want to fix it for you. I want this to be the last time you feel this way. I want this to be the last time you get dressed and change into 3 different outfits because things aren't fitting the right way right now. I want this to be the last time you get uncomfortable when you are at a pool party. I want this to be the last time that the way you look causes you stress. I want this to be "The Last Diet".

In 1997 the Chicago Bulls were coming off of 2 championships in a row. A few years earlier they had won 3 in a row and they wanted to do it again. However, due to contracts ending, this was going to be the last year the key players would be together. The head coach, Phil Jackson, saw an opportunity to inspire his team and called that season "The Last Dance". He wanted everyone focused on the opportunity they had because they weren't getting another chance. They had one chance to go down as the greatest dynasty in basketball history and he wanted everyone bringing their best. 

That's what I've created with "The Last Diet". It's my perfect plan to help YOU change permanently. It's more than just a diet. It's more than an exercise plan. It is the culmination of the best I can bring. Two decades of working out and studying exercise, over a decade of coaching others, and the combined knowledge of my amazing staff I've brought together are being thrown into this. 

I know this will work. I've been testing this version of it over the last 6 months, but I've been working on this since I was 15 years old.
